Refund policy

At Splattelz®, we want every customer to have a great experience. While we don’t accept returns for change-of-mind purchases, we’re always here to help if something isn’t right with your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your  Splattelz® arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can assist you. We will provide a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Please email hello@splattelz.com.au with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the problem, so we can assist promptly.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method within 14 business days.
